Yazが配布する「ローポリシリーズ以外」のMMDモデルに適用される利用規約です。
モデルを使用される際には、規約の範囲内でお楽しみ頂けますと幸いです。

現在の該当モデル：
・ナイトウィング

※規約は必要に応じて変更、加筆修正される場合があります。
※配布モデルは予告なしで配布終了する事があります。
※モデルの使用による損害に対して当方は一切責任を負いません。全て利用者の自己責任でお願いします。

自由にやって良いこと

本モデル自体の改造：〇
・モデルのテクスチャの変更
・ボーンやモーフの追加
・ウェイトや物理設定の変更
・衣装変え（お着換え）
・髪型や色の改造
・顔の造形の改造
・体型やサイズ感の変更

カップリング表現：〇
・異性/同性/同キャラ/オリキャラ/夢　問わず

注意が必要なこと

R18表現、R18G表現：△
・そういった表現がある場合、「全体公開は禁止」とします。ゾーニングに努めてください。
・個人で鑑賞して楽しむ範囲、オフラインもしくは限定的な場所で閲覧制限をかけた状態で楽しむ分には特に制限を設けません。

禁止事項

以下は、本モデルの改造データへも禁止事項として適用されます

・3Dプリント
・モデルの自作発言、作者を名乗ること
・MMD、MMMとその補助ツール以外での使用

・基本的にMMD/MMMで動画を作成したり静止画を書き出して遊ぶことを想定して配布しています
・ニコニコ立体やVRchatでの使用、ゲームプラットフォームでのアバターとしての利用などは禁止です

・再配布

・本モデルデータを勝手に人に譲渡したり、再配布しないでください
・本モデルの改造データ/改造モデルも同様に再配布禁止です

・商用利用

・商用利用はどのような場合も禁止します
・e.g...モデルデータにまつわる金銭取引、広告への使用、商用印刷物への使用、販売するゲームへの使用、商用動画への使用など

・リッピングモデルと併用すること

・公式のゲームや作品から抽出したリッピングモデル（ぶっこ抜きモデル）と一緒に使用しないでください
・また、そういったモデルへのパーツ流用も禁止です

・他キャラクターへの改造

・このモデルのパーツの部分利用、他キャラへの転用など
・このモデルをベースにして全く別のキャラへ改造したりオリキャラモデルを作成すること

・反社会表現、宗教勧誘、差別表現、誰かを攻撃する目的やヘイトスピーチへの使用
・モデルの設定を壊したまま使うこと

・改造OKにしていますが、明らかに挙動がおかしな状態などで使用しないでください
・MMDで動かす前に動作テストをして、ベストな状態で遊んでね

解凍パスワードについて

本規約に同意頂けます場合は、zipファイル解凍時に「I_understand_and_promise_to_abide_by_these_rules」とご入力ください。（コピペ推奨）
「私はこれらの規約を理解し、遵守することを約束します」という意味です。
ファイルオープンの時点で規約をご理解頂けたものとみなします。

These terms of use apply to MMD models distributed by Yaz other than the low-poly series.
When using the model, we hope you enjoy it within the scope of the rules.

※ Distribution model may end without notice.
※ We are not responsible for any trouble caused by using the model. Please use all at your own risk.

What you can do freely

Modification of this model itself：〇
・ Change the texture of the model.
・ Addition of bones and morphs.
・ Change weights and physical settings.
・ Change clothes.
・ Hairstyle and color modification.
・ Remodeling of face.
・ Change of body shape and size.

Expression of romantic relationships：〇
・MF/MM/FF/X Reader/X OC/... whatever

Things to be careful of

Use to express R18 or R18G：△
・ If there is such an expression, "publication to the whole is prohibited". Please consider zoning.
・ There are no particular restrictions on the range of personal viewing and enjoyment, or the amount of enjoyment that is enjoyed offline or in a limited place with viewing restrictions.

Prohibitions

The following prohibitions also apply to the modification data of this model.

・ 3D printing
・ Self-created statements of models / claiming to be the author of this model.
・To be used outside of MMD, MMM and their auxiliary tools.

・ Basically, it is distributed with the intention of creating videos and exporting still images using MMD/MMM.
・ Use in ニコニコ立体(Niconi solid), VR chat, or as an avatar on gaming platforms is prohibited.

・ redistribution

・ Do not transfer or redistribute this model data to others.
・ Redistribution of modified data/models of this model is prohibited as well.

・ Commercial use

・ Commercial use is prohibited in any case.
・ e.g.… Monetary transactions related to model data, use in advertisements, use in commercial printed materials, use in games for sale, use in commercial videos, etc.

・To be used in conjunction with the ripping model.

・ Please do not use it with a ripping model extracted from official games and works.
・ Also, diversion of parts to such models is prohibited.

・ Modify this model into other characters.

・ The use of parts of this model for other characters.
・ Modification of this model into a completely different character or creation of an original character model based on this model.

・ Use for anti-social expressions, religious solicitation, discriminatory expressions, or hate speech for the purpose of attacking someone.
・Using the model with broken settings.

・ Although it is OK to modify, please do not use it in a state where the behavior is obviously strange.
・ Please do an operation test before moving with MMD and enjoy to use in the best condition.
